YOGURT THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING 
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
fresh lemon juice, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

It will keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for 1 week.

Makes 28 tbsp. or 1-3/4 cups.
