LO-CAL THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING | |
1/4 c. Weight Watchers plain yogurt 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Nalley's seafood sauce (or cocktail sauce) 1 tbsp. Lite mayonnaise 1 pkg. Equal Salt and pepper Mix all. (Approximately 15 calories per tablespoon). This is really good. You can even serve it to non dieters and they won't know the difference unless you tell them. |
