1 egg
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour (heaping)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. apples, finely chopped
1/2 c. nuts

Beat egg. Add sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, apple, nuts and mix. Bake 35 minutes in well greased pie pan. Serve with whipped cream.
