NORWEGIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. beef
1 1/2 lbs. pork
3/4 c. fine Rusk crumbs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together. Form into balls the size of a walnut. Bake on cookie sheets at 350 degrees.
