OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer, quartered
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter

Coat chicken with seasoned flour. Melt butter in 9 x 12 x 2 pan. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer with skin side down.

Bake 30 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven. Turn chicken; bake 20 minutes longer or until brown and tender.
