ALMOND ANGEL REFRIGERATOR
DESSERT
 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 of 1 baked angel food cake
Toasted slivered almonds, optional

Cook pudding as directed on package. Add extract. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and pineapple. Tear cake into small pieces. Place in baking dish, 11 x 7 x 2 inches. Pour whipped cream mixture over pieces. Garnish with almonds. Chill several hours.
