1 box white cake mix
1 oz. red food coloring (more may be added for deeper color)

MILLION DOLLAR ICING:

5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake as directed on box using coloring. Bake in layer pans or 9 x 13 inch either.

Icing: Cook flour and milk over medium heat until very thick, stirring constantly. Cool in refrigerator. Beat sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Add cooled mixture gradually until it looks like whipped cream. Spread on cake. Great cake for Valentines Day or any day.
