BURGER LOAF 
1/2 c. grated onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. accent
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt to taste
1 c. grated raw potato
3 c. ground gluten or 1 lg. can Vegeburger
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. sage or 1 pkgs. G. Washington broth
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and place in oiled baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
