BURGER POT PIE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. bread crumbs
5 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 med. potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, parsley, bread crumbs, ketchup, salt and pepper. Place mixture in ungreased 9 x 11 inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain if needed.

Meanwhile, cook potatoes in pot of boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon salt until tender, drain. Add sour cream, butter, cream cheese and garlic salt. Whip with electric mixer. Spread over cooked meat. Sprinkle potatoes with cheddar cheese. Return to 375 degree oven and cook about 10 minutes. Serves 6.
