BEST SAUCY SUSAN BBQ CHICKEN 
2 bottles Saucy Susan peach apricot
2 env. Knorr's onion soup mix
chicken parts (with skin)
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Par-cook chicken by boiling the parts for twenty minutes - this will also help to get rid of some of the fat. Skim fat from surface and discard.

Cool chicken parts for one hour.

Preheat grill - when ready, place chicken on low to medium heat and baste with apricot mixture and brown.
