MRS. KELLY'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/4 lb. butter
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Place dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine water, butter and chocolate squares in a bowl and melt in microwave oven. Add dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat all together. Pour into an angel food pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. This cake is very good and keeps well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
