2 1/2 c. flour (Gold Medal self-rising)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter (generous)
1/4 c. Crisco oil
3-4 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Beat well. 2 layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes (watch it). Use 7 minute frosting with coconut.
