SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs

Mix all of the ingredients above; form into small balls. Brown in a skillet; drain off grease. Add the sauce and simmer 20 minutes.

Sauce: In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of each ketchup, molasses and vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
