SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground chuck 2 beaten eggs 1 chopped onion 1 tsp. dill 1 tsp. caraway seed 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. vinegar SAUCE: 1/2 c. tomato sauce 1 c. mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. water Mix the first 9 ingredients together. Shape into small balls and place in a large, covered casserole dish. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the balls. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be served with noodles, rice, or potatoes. |
