SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground round
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt (Lawry's)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. Durkee's beef Au Jus gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Beat the eggs in large bowl, add milk and bread crumbs and let soften for 5 minutes. Add meat, diced onion and seasonings. Mix well and shape into medium size meatballs. Brown in skillet and transfer to a baking dish. Prepare gravy mix according to directions. Add the mushroom soup and one can of hot water, mix well. Pour over the meatballs, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
