SUGARLESS PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 can pineapple (unsweetened), drained and reserve juice
4-5 pkgs. Sweet 'N Low
1/2 c. shortening
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 c. pineapple juice

If you like pineapple, add a can of crushed or tidbits with cake mix.

Grease pan and put pineapple slices into bottom of pan. Mix first ingredients in large bowl. Add milk and mix well. Add flour and pineapple juice. Then add crushed pineapple if desired. Mix all together and pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
