1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape in a loaf; put in lightly greased pan. Brush top with extra 57 sauce if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
