CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. Oreos, finely crushed
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crushed cookies and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch Springform pan or 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake 1 hour or until center springs back when lightly touched. Turn oven off and allow cheesecake to cool in oven. Store in refrigerator.

This was very easy to make! I had enough mix to make two 9 inch pies to the rim. It was creamy but not too soft, it was the right consistency. The longer it's in the fridge the better the consistency (4 hrs after cooling). the taste was great too, my husband and I were very impressed, we didn't think that something so simple to make would taste so good. The condensed milk drowns down the strong "cream cheese" flavor. Try this!!!
