CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE | |
1 1/2 c. Oreos, finely crushed 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. mini chocolate chips 1 tsp. flour Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crushed cookies and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch Springform pan or 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake 1 hour or until center springs back when lightly touched. Turn oven off and allow cheesecake to cool in oven. Store in refrigerator. |
