EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) frozen whip topping, thawed
1 c. mini chocolate chips (6 oz.)
Whipped topping chocolate shavings or fruit for garnish (optional)

Beat cream cheese until smooth gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whip topping, blending well. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, chocolate shavings or fruit if desired.
