1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. orange juice
1 (1 lb.) can cut beets, drained
1 tbsp. butter

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Stir in orange juice. Pour mixture over beets in a 1-quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
