BEETS WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
Use shoestring or tiny whole beets, cooked.

SAUCE:

1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch. Add orange juice and butter. Cook 5 minutes or until thick in double boiler. Add to hot beets. Delicious.
