CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS 
20 to 22 oz. roasted Spanish salted peanuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
8 squares almond bark

Melt chocolate chips and almond bark in microwave according to package instructions. Add peanuts. (Shake colander to remove some of the salt.) Drop by tablespoon on waxed paper. Let set to harden. Makes about 3 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
