CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT
CLUSTERS
 
2 lbs. white almond bark
12 oz. REAL MILK chocolate chips
12 oz. semi-sweet chips
2 lbs. roasted salted peanuts

Put all 3 (white and dark) chocolate in double boiler and melt together. Take off heat. Stir in peanuts, drop by full teaspoon on wax paper. Let them set for 1 hour.

Everything the same but melt chocolates in microwave for a SHORT time stirring frequently so as to not burn. Add peanuts and scoop onto paper. Skips the hot water burns!
