RASPBERRY BARS 
CRUMB MIXTURE:

2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter
1 egg

FILLING:

10 oz. jar raspberry preserves

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine all ingredients except preserves. Beat until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumbs. Press remaining into greased 8" square baking dish. Spread preserves to within 1/2" from edge. Put remaining crumb mixture on.

Bake for 42 to 50 minutes.

Cool and cut in bars.
