TREVA'S APPLE PIE 
3 lg. Winesap apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 stick butter
Pie crust

You can use pre-packaged pie crust (2) or Jiffy pie crust mix for the pie crust. Peel and slice apples and place in bottom crust. Spread sugar over apples. Slice butter and place on top of apples. Sprinkle apple pie spice around the pie. Put top crust on and punch small holes to allow steam to escape. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
