HONEY GARLIC RIBS | |
3 lb. pork ribs 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. honey 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper oil for deep frying Cut up ribs. Deep fry until golden brown. (350ºF hot oil 3 - 5 minutes) Drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients in roaster. Bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes. Submitted by: Shar-in |
