4 potatoes
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated cheese
Paprika

Grease potatoes and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop pulp into a bowl. Add butter, milk, salt, and grated cheese. Mix together. Put back into potato skins. Dot with butter. Dust with paprika. Warm in oven.
