TUNA-POTATO BOATS 
2 (6 oz.) potatoes, baked
8 oz. canned tuna, packed in water, drained and flakes
4 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie butter
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sherry extract
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4 inch shell. Mash the pulp in a large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT paprika. Mix well.

Fill potato shells with tuna mixture. Place in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes.
