4 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter

Bake sweet potatoes at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Cut a lengthwise oval in peel; scoop out centers leaving 1/4 shells. Whip sweet potatoes with 1/2 cup cheese, milk, butter, salt and dash pepper. Stuff into shells; top with remaining cheese; sprinkle with paprika. Broil until lightly browned.
