HOT PINEAPPLE DISH 
2 (15 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine above ingredients and put in 9"x13" pan.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix together and place on top of pineapple. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
