BAKED CHICKEN 
Chicken breast or thighs
2 chicken bouillon cubes or canned chicken broth
Lemon pepper seasoning
Butter

Chicken pieces (breast or thighs are best), flour pieces and arrange in a greased casserole. Add canned chicken broth or dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in hot water, enough to almost cover the chicken. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Cook, uncovered in 350 degree oven until done or about 1 hour.
