MARSALA-BAKED CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated cheese 2 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. paprika 8 chicken thighs Vegetable cooking spray 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. marsala wine Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well. Dredge chicken in bread crumbs mixture. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings (about 151 calories per serving). |
