PINEAPPLE SIDE DISH 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained good
5 slices trimmed, cubed bread

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in the bread cubes. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6 to 8 servings. Serve with meat.
