2 tubes Ritz crackers
1-1/2 sticks butter, melted
3 boxes Instant coconut cream pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Mix together cracker and butter. Reserve 3/4 c. Lightly grease 9x13 glass dish. Pat mixture into dish and chill while making the rest of the dish. Mix together pudding and milk. When mixed, beat in softened ice cream.

Variation: Strawberry ice cream with vanilla pudding or create your own.
