CHEEZY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together well and put in 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Optional: Top with crushed potato chips or crushed corn flakes.
