SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
4 c. sliced cooked potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. water 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. salt and a dash of pepper 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Cook potatoes in salted water until done. Saute onion in butter. Combine with sour cream, water, eggs, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in a buttered casserole. Pour sour cream sauce over them. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
