ICE-CREAM DESSERT | |
70 Ritz crackers 1/2 lb. butter 1/2 c. pecans 1/2 gal. ice cream (vanilla) 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 1/2 c. milk 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding Roll Ritz crackers, mix with butter and pecans. Press into large baking dish. (Save 1/2 cup for topping.) Mix Cool Whip with softened ice cream. Mix pudding in milk and fold into ice cream. Pour into dish and add topping. (Can be frozen or chilled in refrigerator.) |
