KIM'S ICE CREAM DESSERT 
CRUST:

50 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 stick butter, melted

Reserve 1/3 cup crumbs. Mix and press firmly in 9 x 13 pan.

FILLING:

2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, melted

Using electric mixer, beat slowly until very thick, the pudding and milk. Add the ice cream and beat well. Pour over crumb crust. Prepare 2 packages Dream Whip according to directions, (or use 1 large container Cool Whip, thawed). Spread over pudding mixture in pan. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over whipped topping. NOTE: Any flavor pudding may be used.
