ICE CREAM DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. Rice Chex (crushed)
1 c. toasted coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Mix first 5 ingredients and spread in bottom of Pyrex pan. Spread vanilla ice cream (softened) over top. Return to freezer. Can be garnished with nuts, chocolate sauce, etc.
