COCONUT CREAM DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter
3 (3 oz.) instant coconut pudding mix
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Crush Ritz crackers. Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Soften ice cream. Mix pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk then combine with softened ice cream. In dish layer the crumbs and ice cream mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
