80 Ritz crackers (crushed) 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted) Mix and press in large glass dish 9x13 or 2 (8x8) dishes. 1 1/2 c. milk Mix in mixer or blender. Then add 2 packages instant coconut pudding. Mix well and spread over cracker mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours. Top with large Cool Whip or Dream Whip. This can also be made with chocolate ice cream and chocolate pudding (instant), vanilla ice cream and banana pudding or pistachio ice cream and pistachio pudding. | |
