COCONUT ICE CREAM DESSERT 
36 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix crackers, butter, and sugar. Pat into the bottom of a 9x13 inch cake dish. Add chopped walnuts, if desired. Save some crumbs for topping.

FILLING:

2 sm. boxes instant coconut cream pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 container Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk, then add softened ice cream. Spread over crumb crust. Spread Cool Whip over top. Garnish with remaining crumbs and walnuts. Freeze.
