SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. seasoned croutons = 2 c.
2 c. milk
1 c. cheese, grated

Brown and drain sausage; beat eggs well; mix all ingredients in shallow casserole dish. Soak overnight; bake, covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8 people.
