SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 lbs. sausage, fried and crumbled 4 eggs 3 c. milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 can cream of mushroom soup Grease a 9x13 pan and layer with croutons, cheese and then sausage. Beat eggs, mustard and 1/2 cup of milk. Pour over layered ingredients. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Mix 1/2 cup milk and soup and spread over the top of casserole. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 300 degree oven. |
