BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1 lb. sausage, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 eggs

Layer croutons, cheese, mushrooms and sausage in a 5 to 6 quart casserole. Beat together 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 6 eggs and pour over layered ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
