SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
4 pieces of bread or 2 c. croutons
8-12 link sausages (Brown & Serve)
6 eggs or egg substitute
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard

Break bread into small pieces in buttered casserole dish. Cook sausage, cut up and mix with bread. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard and cheese. Pour over bread and sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 8.

Variation: use 1 1/2 cups ham (cubed).
