BASIC PIZZA DOUGH 
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. yeast (1 tbsp. instant)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, stir flour, salt, yeast and water until blended. Cover with waxed paper and let dough rise 15 minutes.

Lightly brush 12-14 inch pizza pan with salad oil; sprinkle with cornmeal. Pat dough into pan. Shape dough into 1/2 inch high rim at edge of pan. Top with sauce and favorite toppings and bake.

Excellent pizza dough, crispy bottom and nice texture and flavor. I baked mine on pizza stones, without any oil and lightly dusted with flour. I doubled the recipe and let rise 30 minutes.
