PINK LEMONADE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can pink lemonade
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 baked graham cracker crust

Put milk and Cool Whip in bowl and beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes on high speed. Add pink lemonade and beat an additional minute on medium speed. Pour into pie shell. Chill for 3 to 4 hours, until firm.

I've been making this lemonade pie for years, but I never thought about making it with pink lemonade. Unfortunately, I had trouble finding the pink version, so I improvised and added a little jelled cranberry sauce (which I was using for another recipe) and it made a really nice pink color.
