PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 boneless pork chops
6 tbsp. butter
1 can beef consomme
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can beef consomme

Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet. Slice butter into 8x8 inch baking dish. Add 1 can beef consomme. Sprinkle with rice. Arrange pork chops over top. Add remaining 1 can consomme. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes longer. Yield: 6 servings.
