PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
3 peppers
3 tomatoes
2 onions
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar

Slice steak thin. Slice onions and peppers. Put 1/4 cup oil in pan. Add onions and peppers. Cook 1 minute. Add meat, cook 2 minutes, then add soy sauce, water, sugar and cornstarch. Slice tomatoes and add to pan. Cover let sit for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
